so our assignment in class is to take a digital picture from any point in the year and make a film print of it. it's actually really cool, i'm super excited. we had to choose a picture then put it in black and white because we only have b&w chemicals. then on the computer, rather than the darkroom, we do all of our coloring and burning and dodging and editing whatnot. then, when the picture is perfected, we put it in the inverse and print it out on transparent film paper. then we go into the darkroom with our picture, lay it on top of the picture paper, and make the printout. its so sick, this is the picture i want to use for it. right now i'm using a picture of my dog Daisy but it's not really working. i like this picture better anyways.
